I don't think the US has a lot to say for so long... China already has the stronger army, the stronger weapon-arsenal and the economy has been grower so hard for the last few years, that it is just a matter of a few more years that they also are further in that part wich completes being superior to the US...

So for that part of the world, as long as China doesnt do anything against it, the US won't, they don't want to risk that...

Australia doesn't test nuclear weapons.

NK has the right, like any other nation does, to possess weapons like that. But from what other countries are threatening, I'm more concerned about another arms race. Japan and China may start, if they haven't already, arming themselves with nuclear weapons.

China is already an official nuclear power, that's why they have one of the 5 seats in the UN security council.

Japan probably has the bomb too, like maybe 15 to 20 countries in the world except the 5 in the UN security council (US, UK, France, Russia, China).

You wanna back that up with facts, instead of speculation?

8 countries have the bomb: US, Russia, China, Britain, France, Pakistan, India, and Israel. NK would make 9, which is why no one wants them to make nukes. They'll sell some off to Iran, and that will create a mess.

Israel doesn't have it officially. But they're in a bunch of countries who are believed to have it or at least a military program undergone or on hold, with the required technology (Brazil, Syria, Algeria or South Africa...)
