Put them all in seperate cells in the same column of a table, go to Table>Sort> Sort by column 1>OK.

Sounds like Excel.

In Word, just put each word on it's own line, go to Table-> Sort.

I'd use Excel not Word and then do as krb suggested. List them all in a vertical row in any order you want. Then you can highlight them when you want and click the A to Z button in Excel and it will alphabetize from A to Z or from Z to A. I can send you an example if you want - that's how I do my Bon Jovi trade lists.

The same works with Word, but I find it easier, when you only have to hit enter after writing each word or whatever it is you're doing.

true ! it was really simple in fact, i wrote all the words, just had to highlight and click the az button, i know why i didn't find it by myself, when you click on table, you can't see it at the beginning, you have to wait a bit before it appears ... that's why each time i was looking everywhere to find something like this az thing there was nothing !
Thanks again
