Need Help!!!

Hey!

I'm having a problem with Visual Studio 6.0 DVD. I can't seem to be able to change the capture resolution as the only resolution that is available is 160x120 when it is supposed to be able to capture up to 720x480

I'm positive I have the recommended system requirements.
