I think I know what the problem is...Nero includes MP#PRO codec and even if the software is full....the plugin is probably shareware as i see it available to buy on their site.
Now I must say this sucks big time.....
But what should I do...I can't find it anywhere for free so I';ll just do what Ice recommended.

I did find tha Mp3PRO as some demo or something like that.
After I instlled it it didn't get into NERO but i can encode it afterwords at 64kbs but it's actually good enaugh for me....ok, thanks!!!

There's a load of better programs out there... Try CDex, Cd'n'Go etc. And I think the new Winamp also knows how to convert WAV's into MP3's.
