I am afraid it will help Bush more than Kerry, as people will say 'oh he is threatening us again - we will not be bullied by terrorists - we'll show you taht we can't be bullied and vote Bush into office' --- of course, my theory in all this is that this is Bush's own publicity stunt as I believe he and the Bin Laden family to be personal family friends anyway making money off each other and thus truly needing each other. "You help me get away, I help you with another term........."
