ok I was only 11 a decade ago, can't really judge on my personal life how it is now compared to 10 years ago (yeh I've got a ******* good time these days - but I just can't remember what it was like when I was 11 :P). But if I just think of technology & stuff like that, I'd rather be here and now then 10 years earlier! Where would I be without the high speed internet, fast computers, etc? I definately like the way my life's going now - but I wouldn't be anywhere without any of the technology we've got now
