31/12 always used to make me sad too, i used to be scared of it infact! We live not to far away from the docks and at midnight every year the ships blow theyre horns for about 2 solid minutes and it used make me petrified as a kid. Now though i quite enjoy new years eve....once your pissed nothing fazes you anyway...as you said carli...i just hate paying to get into places and then having to pay ripoff beer prices

Got nothing planned as yet, im thinking more of what the hell am i going to do on christas eve at the moment.

I'll be sitting in my living room eating chips and dip, drinking root beer and waiting for the ball to drop. Pretty uneventful. Same thing I've done the last 3 years.

Probably the same thing as always - going with my friends to Times Square to get trampled by thousands of crazy drunk people and see the damn ball drop.

I haven't made any plans yet. I want to go to one friends house, Mike wants to go to another friends house.....We'll probably do dinner, and end up at both houses sometime during the night.

Don't worry, you're not missing too much! My friend got peed on last year. Plus it is cold. I would much rather watch it on TV from my nice warm couch.
