Sure they add on a service charge, but it's very minimal and they are a profit making business who are providing the public with a service so nothing wrong with that. There is something very wrong with one guy buying a ticket for $100 just so he can sell it for a $1000.

I've no problem however with somebody buying a ticket for face value then either changing his mind or being unable to attend and deciding to sell it on and make a small profit. Example; buying for $70, selling for $100. I've done it and I've bought tickets like that.

Personally I just can't understand how somebody could have such low morals as to knowingly deny genuine fans a chance to see their favourite artist and then sell those tickets on for an exorbitant prices.

Yeh I agree with all of that. I bought extra tickets for u2 last summer, simply becos I didnt know who out of my mates wanted to go, I didnt mind buying extra as I knew id easily sell them on Ebay. I made a profit but after ebay fees, paypal, postage etc it wasnt THAT much. At least people could buy the tickets from me and know they wernt going to get ripped off and for still a reasonable price.
