let people be. one thread is fine but it seems it's one a day about muslims, christians, anybody people can take a swipe at. i'm sure there are many who don't agree with you fighting after ten pints of stella on a saturday but there aren't numerous threads about that.

true but I don't actually condone violence, Ive cut way back on the drinking recently and I'm not trying to "prove" to people that you should be out getting steaming and doign stupid things.

that's also a fair point. i just don't think mocking people for what they believe necessarily solves much. the people who make these sites may be disillusioned and writing the bible as though it's true but they aren't harming anyone; especially not you. it's this dismissive attitude (not from you) that's making this board ten times worse than it ever was for arguments!
