lol! Ok firstly, its not usually that Jon goes off on one! It is very rare these days and I love it when he does! 
Secondly, I have no idea!lol - But it could've been during his speech about being an actor and being in his hotel room and he hears this knock on the door.... etc. etc.. he usually did that inbetween Sleep when I'm dead...

It could be that, cos he mentioned about being an actor running off to hollywood, then he goes on to say that he walks to the elevator, the doors open and who should be there (at this point he turned round to see Richie Dave and Hugh looking less impressed) and it was Richie who came out the elevator, grabbed him by the scruff of his neck......
Bloody hell with the memory! But it could be Sleep when dead in fact it probably is!
