well, they gave it to him because he didnt prevent Germany from becoming one country, right? As a matter of fact though, he didnt have any choice but let it happen. Even if he had wanted he couldn't have said no...
He should have got it for the things he did before, for introducing more rights for the russian population, for opening the trade borders so to say and for allowing traces of capitalism rather than communism, for introducing free speech and things like that...

They keep saying about moscow MP that it was the first time western bands were allowed in...
