Steroid use, as it is illegal, is extremely rare, and when it is used, actually becomes an exact science, not just a matter of throwing it in with your carbs! As for the amount of carbs bodybuilders eat, it depends what cycle they're on. You see bodybuilders use cycles to build their bodies - bulking cycles to put on mass, and cutting cycles to get rid of bodyfat. When bulking, bodybuilders eat huge amounts of protein, and a lot of carbs. But when cutting (dieting), the majority will use a ketosis diet, and so will cut out carbs almost completely. Also, 6 Hours in the gym would make you smaller than a dwarf!
tell me about it mate but thats the way it goes at least in the gym i go to. therres guys that r never out of the place and always tryign to sell some shit or somethign else

Yes, but pasta and bread are the ultimate enemies to the Atkins diet. They can still eat the big mac without the bun!

yeah but u dont look at a loaf and some pasta and go wow i need ssome of that. on the other hand when u see someone munching glutton food the're forced to weant to eat crap.
