What a superb fightback from Spurs today, it's taken 17 years, but that was BEAUTIFUL!
The tide is steadily turning........ and that was without King, Dawson, Woodgate, a semi-fit VdV, Lennon & Defoe.

And so it is...... Spurs qualify for the knock-out stages at the first time of asking.
Barely had to put any effort in against Bremen last night and still won 3-0.

Bring on Liverpool on Sunday!

Modric's take of the 2nd goal was sublime. Was a nice easy win against a team beset by injuries. Makes a change not to win 5-4 after going 3-0 down in the first 30 seconds or something for a change!

Not sure what I thought of todays game.

The 2 chances at the end of the first half we should of took, then Torres should of at least shot at the start of the 2nd half.

I thought Atkinson was just giving yellow cards to us for the fun of it. He wasn't exactly giving us a chance and then when Hutton fouled Torres which was worse than one or two of ours, he just left it.

Second half, Tottenham were probably better side. First half, Liverpool definitely.

I think Torres just looks so slow this season. He used to have a nice bit of pace on him which made him look frightening on the ball, now when he gets the ball he looks so slow. Just look at the two chances he had where he could of gone one on one. Bassong isn't the quickest player in the world but twice he caught up with him while Torres had about 10 yards free.

i watched most of the 2nd half, tottenham seemed way better. liverpool's having a pretty bad season aren't they... what place is liverpool in at the moment?
