Ryan - no one can tell you what to do. We don't know you or the girls. But whatever you do, just don't keep Heather on the dark. If you go out with this new girl as friends, just talk to Heather naturally about it, as if it were a guy you were going out with (as friends too :P). But if you think more is going to happen - talk to Heather as well.

Have you stopped to think it's perhaps the distance vs. closeness that makes you think more of this new girl? Hey, long distance relationships are not easy, but in the end, if all goes well, I think they're much more rewarding. I'm not saying that's what's happening to you, but you may want to look into that possibility.

Now do tell us whether you're not afraid of Heather finding this thread of yours...

Heather never comes on here anymore and the fact that she doesn't have a working computer either. This is the best place to ask for advice because the diversity of people's opinions are astonishing! Thanks guys... As for right now, I'm going to stay in my current relationship with heather and if it turns bad, I'll have second thoughts.

why is that? I usually spell most names lower case -- so what does that mean?
