Not at all, he just tells it like it is. He honestly changed my life, stopped me being a victim (as in the whole world is against me) and made me realise that you have the power to change a situation. Honestly get Life Strategies, when you read it you think "well this is logical" but he just basically tells you what you already deep down know. He really is good.

I really used to like Dr. Phil when he was on Oprah. Now, he just annoys me most of the time. It just depends on what he's talking about.
