I didnt even bother watching this year. The past few Xmas specials have been no where near as good as the old classic episode of the early 90's.

But what a revalation eh?

Yeah i watched it but didnt think it wos as good as most of the other episodes, i think they should just leave it now.

i downloaded it using Bit Torrent today, VERY decent quality i might add, very pleased with the quality, file size AND download speed

as for the show itself, its ok, i mean trig still makes me laugh but erm yeah it was a tad poor compared to others

I thought I'd revive this thread because I finished running through the box set recently. Something I'd never done before with this show as I only gave in and bought the box set last Christmas. I resisted for years because the DVDs (and VHSs) have been edited quite badly, but at £20-odd quid it was rude to pass it by!

Anyways, I love this series. Was practically raised by it thanks to constant reruns on BBC1 back in the 90s. I remember watching the 96 Christmas Trilogy when it first went out and it was the best ending for anything ever! Then they ruined it by bringing it back in 2001 with 3 very dull Christmas specials.
