I don't see the problem with it. A lot of people don't mind the idea of giving their organs, but just never get around to opting in. If it's the other way around, those who don't want to donate will make sure they get around to signing out.

I can see the arguement that our bodies aren't public property, but what good is your heart, liver etc to you when you're dead?
