As for me I've had short back and sides for a while now, and am growing it long. Used to take me 2 minutes to gel it in the past. It's quite long, and still takes 2 minutes to gel now, but I'm in limbo at the moment. I really don't know what to do with it until it gets longish. If I don't use gel it's too fluffy, unless it hasn't been washed for a day or so. I'm going for hair like Tom Cruise if I can. Although his hair is quite thin, where mine is rather thick, so I may have to go for the JBJ look. Make no odds, they both have cool hair.
the current JBJ look is that? not a 92/93 JBJ look please!

I think they both look quite cool, but the current one is better. The 92-93 look was real bad from the back. He had it cut almost like a wedge, although it looked cool from the front. I did have the modern JBJ look in mind though thankfully. :P

I am a self admitted hair product wh*re! I have naturally curly hair but not curly enough where I could leave it and not straight enough where it looks normal if I don't blow dry it.

You name a hair product though, and I could tell you how well it works.
