Parents divorced?

Yup my Mum and dad were like that for about 5 years before they split four years ago. They're much nicer people apart from each other now. I suppose I was quite lucky, I had all my childhood with them together, but on the other hand it wasnt pleasent living with them towards the end. They didnt fight they just ignored each other.

My parents divorced about 2 years ago or so, and may i say that it was long overdue, I couldn't stand it when they fought and they were always fighting i had to confront my father once just so he wouldn't hit my mother, (which needless to say left a scar in our father/son relationship)
my dad is happier now, i even have a new brother from his side, and I really love that kid I protect him and will fight anyone who finds him being born inapropiate.

My parents split up when I was 4. I never knew what I was missing, so it really wasn't that bad. I have no memories of having a dad live with me.

My parents are still together, though they fight more often than people should. It drives me insane, but I don't know what it'd be like if they split so I wouldnt wanna think about it.

my parents got divorced when I was 2, that idiot really had the idea he could move in with his new girlfriend.
I hardly remember my dad, the only memory from him that I have is that I was waiting for him wondering if I should wait or leave cause he wount come anyway. now he lives in indonesia, became a moslem and has a new family, he doesn't wanna have anything to do with me or his other kids

My parents will have been married for 28 years in September plus they had been together for 3 or 4 years (can't remember ) before marriage. They pick at each other from time to time but all in all I can't say they've ever really "fought". I guess I should say I was very lucky in my childhood/adolescence.

I guess that is just the Italian in them
