I particulary agree with that. Even if I like perfume, it really bother me when I can smell someone. My mother always told me that if you can smell your own perfume, then the whole world would be able to smell it too...so the key to not annoy every person that sit next to you in the metro or restaurant, is too wear as less as possible! (my mom is the best!

As for allergy and asthma, I have no trouble believing you that perfume can cause reaction like that. After all, some people are badly allergic to the odour of kiwis, so why not perfume!
