That honestly doesn't bother me. you only do serious damage to your liver if you go right at it for long periods of time, which I don't do too often.

Even at that, my great grandfather could drink for the country and lived to 96.

The question is; Would you eat a packet of peanuts betweens two slices of bread?? Its gross, in the same catogary as chocolate spread, both yuk.

PB & J! One of the things I got used to when spending a lot of time with Canadians in Oz I really like it, to much horror of all my housemates !

Anyway - yeah I like PB, don't eat it too often though anymore... doesn't really fit in the semi-diet-thing going on for my sports-life :P

Oh and PB & hagelslag is the best
