We pay anywhere from 60 to 80 cents a litre. A few summers ago, gas was down to 49 cents a litre Every once in a while, local stations will charge that price for gas as a promotion

It costs me £30-£35 a week, but that is with 80 miles a day & some not very conservative driving.

So.

Finland 1€
Netherlands 1.14€
India 0.679€
UK 1.065€
Canada 0.372 - 0.496€ (if they were CAD?)

Looks like Canadians have the cheapest gas...

Every week?? How big is your tank??? Jeez.. that's really expensive!!

Tash
Yep, just like everything in England, and petrol prices won't get any cheaper either. It costs me around £10 every week to run my car, and I don't do many miles at all. Around £30 a week at most. Rip off!

That doesnt seem that bad then. I reckon my petrol consumtion is so high cos I only do like 2-5 mile journeys at at a time
