thankyou for all your comments , they are nice. A lot of people tell me I still look young but I can see the changes starting, putting on a few pounds in weight, skin is starting to wrinkle and I have a few silver hairs. Its just aging doesnt effect my soul but Im just trying to accept it, its only looks but I suppose its a case of what Im used to.

My mum is in her 60s and looks good for her age, but I am just starting to understand when she says she looks in the mirror and doesnt recognise her physical appearance anymore.

Oh well I would rather be 36 with the wisdom I have now than 16 again.
