I don't have the answer but I hope you're emailing them to complain about pre-ordering stuff!

Did anyone else on here pre-order Lost Highway and then recieve it 5 days late? I'm still pissed off with that, it totally gets rid of the point of PRE-ordering!

There isn't an e:mail address to contact them.

You can send questions to privacy@play.com. Sure, it probably isn't the e-mail adress for one of your questions but you can always try and make up some story about not being able to call blabla jibbajabba this was all I could find to contact you blabla and more of that.
