Yes I do - I believe in choice. If a person decides that enough is enough their wishes should be respected.

Yes I do - I think people should be able to choose how they want to end their life if they are suffering from an incurable disease.

Yes I would and I have - I couldn't stand to watch my old cat struggle to walk and not be able to keep food down. This is not at all the same as a person dying from euthanasia. A person would have a choice and the animal obviously has none.
If a person is so damaged that they cannot decide for themselves (such as after a car accident) I would hope that I could make an informed decision for them. Obviously this would only pertain to my immediate family.
