(POLL) Who do you think is the best guitarist of all time?

It's clear that Hendrix and Stevie Ray were and still are the best. But my favs are Joe Perry, Richie and Jimmy Paige.

I'd have to say Jimi Hendrix. Jimi's playing is magical, soulful and even erotic at times ; he is a true guitar pioneer. I love Richie(he does rock), but he has even said about Jimi being one of his influences. Gotta give props to Hendrix! Jimmy Page, Clapton, and Angus Young are also some of my favorites too.

what does SLASH do in the list?I am a GNR fan but Slash is not a good guitar player!

dont get me wrong, Im with you- I reckon slash is fantastic but this is the impression I get from more experienced rockers and guitarists
