Well I must be a freaking slacker!!! The first pic is a bridge in South Carolina, USA -- a bridge over to Fripp Island near Hunting Island State Park. Hunting Island is a protected island where they do not develop it for commercial use. Many vacationers do go there though, so they may experience the natural condition of the barrier island.

I can't believe I never saw this reply before now! Sorry.

Right, it's not from the Dukes

On the opposite end of the spectrum, I have included two pictures from Myrtle Beach, SC. This part of the coast is bombarded with people and tall buildings. I took these during the last week of July this summer. I went for a sunrise walk, which is very unlike me!!!

I'll stop for now, but wanted to show that same beach, after the sun is up and the crowds are getting involved with the beach. It also shows the buildings. Sorry for the hazy look. I'm not sure why it is not more clear. Maybe it's because I was taking the others from down ON the beach and this one was from our balcony where we stayed.

You don't like Sunrise walks?! Man, I love them. Sunrise and sunset walks, not much beats them.

Oh, I misread. I thought you said you don't like them, not you don't do it often.
