No they don't - The one one in America was the biggest ever seen wasn't it? And I can't remember the last time we had one that big in London....certainly many years.
The one in NY was exactly 2 weeks ago today, on a Thursday afternoon going into rush hour.....Sept 11 is exactly 2 weeks from today.....
