I don't know what the problem is, since I haven't used it for ages. My suggestion is whenever you can go to Yahoo Shopping - there you can listen to samples of ALL songs. I like that better that only being able to listen to the first four samples

( Me advicing against Amazon?! I thought I'd never live to see that :P )
