Quitting Smoking (HELP ME!)

At my school they had two older gentlemen who smoked for many years. Well, it caught up to them and they had to have their "voicebox" removed. Now they have a hole in their neck and have to speak using a small computer that they hold to the hole in their neck. Every so often, they choke on their own mucus and have to stick a hankerchief in the hole to clean it out. When they shower, they have to cover the hole so they don't choke to death.


That is reason enough for me right there. It was terrible.

I've seen people like that on TV, it really is sad that as a consequence of doing something that most people who do it don't actual enjoy, you can ruin your life in such a way
