A direct connection to Kelly? No way -- definitely a "loyal" deranged fan. The call may have come from Kelly's home town, but if Kelly is clever enough to run a sex slave colony for nearly twenty years without being jailed, he MUST be clever enough to arrange for an untraceable phone threat!
