It was quite predictable the church wasn't going to choose a very liberal one. That will take ages.

Yup, he seems like a hardline Pope. Apparently he even refuses to give communion to divorced couples!! But as I said to myself yesterday - no one has to abide by those rules, they're not compulsory, so who cares, really?

At any rate, the smoke thingy and all I found quite interesting

how is he evil? how is the name benedict evil, or ratzinger or whichever name you are referring to? Isn't evil a bit of a strong word?
