I can do it to a certain extent; the extent being I'm not sure how concious I am at the time, lol. I'm never sure if it was a dream or a consious fantasy, lol.

I was driving a car and listerning to the radio and the car started to slide to the right so i kept turning the wheel but it wouldnt respond so i ended up going head on into another car, it makes me feel sick

It's not as bad as you think. The car represents your life, maybe you feel you are not in control at the moment or that you are losing control. Anything you're feeling anxious about?
