Yup, much better. It had a Medieval theme to it and was actually really cool. The bridesmaids all wore different style dresses that were all Medieval style and carried crystal candle holders with votives in them instead of flowers. Then they used them at the head table for decoration. And they had the coolest pewter candle holders at the head table. It wasn't like your traditional fancy wedding. I actually liked it better. They even served mead to drink.

That sounds really cool!! Would love to do one of those theme weekend things. Great idea. Was the music medieval too??

Not all of it. The bride is a huge Madonna fan and they played chamber music/string quartet versions of her songs over dinner.
