The problem with these types of calls is that sometimes you can be waiting for one you need to take, like we were awaiting delivery of something and my Dad answered the phone and, thinking it was one of these calls, starting shouting silly things at them. He did this and they called back, he did it again and the 3rd time they called my Mum answered, and it turned out to be the company we wanted to call about the delivery.
