that is not entirly ture, Most of them who come to these concert are from urban area and india's most of poor lies in villages and rurel area. Yeah most of them who come for concert can afford that much money.
Most of the westen country have little knowledge of new India, Most of big cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and lot of other cities have so much westen infunce that clear show on them. There are lot and lot of people who love to party all night long.
