Rudyard Kipling & The Edge of Reason

does anyone know what the Rudyard Kipling poem was called in The Edge of Reason?

i can vaguely rememeber Bridget reading the poem in prison but i dont have the book to check...so can anyone help me out? fankooooooooo!!!

That was the famous one called If

If you can keep your head when all about you
