Just to tell you that this epidemic "Severe Accute Respiratory Syndrome" or SARS is spreading very fast and caused of death. It began in Hongkong, then Singapore, then it could be in your country

Reminds me of these doomsday books..

What really worries me is the attitude of government of China. Most people don't have a clue about this, even if they live in the infected area.

Makes you think about gene manipulated viruses and such. It's said that it would be very easy to build these super viruses that would be impossible to cure.

Ahh, humanity. (Anyone played Fallout?)

really frightening - friends of mine were in HK last month, i see them nearly everyday and my son is always with their 3 daughters, 2 of them are ill, and my son is too, with a big fever - we were a bit scared ... but apparently it's just a bad virus. i live near Roissy Charles de Gaulle Aiport too, lots of people here work there, they all say it's really scary.

Unfortunately, it already is here in Canada. 7 people have already died of it in Toronto and 129 other people have it. Plus there are cases reported across the country. Very, very, very scary.
