Does anyone know what happens in terms of getting a reference for another job from a sacked company? I know that they must give a "positive" reference so does this mean that they cant say I was sacked or something? thats if they do sack me.

Good news is that I am full pay still until proven guilty, so I get to enjoy a summer off
