Yup. You know the Energy Bill Bush has just signs has tax breaks for oil and gas companies and incentives to search for oil in the Gulf of Mexico and off shore of other US coasts... as if a 60$ barrel isn't a good enough incentive. Oil and Gas companies will also have bigger means to get past environmental laws and such...
