I love getting my news on a music forum LOL. I instantly went and read the front page of the New York Times to confirm it. Yes - that is indeed good news. The entire election is good news as far as I'm concerned. I am much happier with people in power that are not on the far edges of either party. Or you could say that I prefer people who think and evaluate rather than simply react.

Bush just admitted lying to the press about rumsfeld. asked why last week he said rumsfeld wasnt moving on bush said "to get you off the question". blatent as you like.

of course its a double lie. they are just worried about the sec of def being supenaed now because of this election. thats why hes gone. i presume he still can be although he wont be sec of defence?

The Bush Administration has been one of the most moderate, if not borderline liberal, Republican administrations in history. You honestly think that they are far right?

Actually, I am convinced that the Democrats will now screw up with their Iraq policy and the Republicans will take the piss of them during the presidential elections. And whoever thinks that Hillary has any chance of winning is wrong. She won't be the candidate of the Democrats anyway.

Have you watched the news lately? Say in the last 6 years? And with life-experience of 19 years I wouldn't dare to challenge someone who's seen more governments than you and me both combined.

Hilary won't make it anywhere near the White House except for bipartisan dinners. She's as shady as the rest of them.

I couldn't agree with you more regarding Nurse Ratchet. She has her supporters, but there are many who despise her as well. Eight years of the Clintons was enough for me.

Bye bye Rummy. Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!

In an uncharacteristic burst of charity, I do hope the Soc...er, Democrats run Hillary as their presidential candidate. I think she'd make them a fine candidate. And definitely representative of their overall party too. With some luck however, the Republicans WON'T run that SOB McCain.
