If you want to ask someone a question or let them know you find their joke funny, then use the Private Message service or the live chat room."


although it would limit the number of posts a day to about 6 :E (alltogether)

I'm all for the idea of making the minimum amount of characters to 15. I know there are ways around it (hahahahahahahaaaa), but in general the idea is good! There are too many short posts just to find something funny, you can use PMs or chat for that! JoviTalk isnt' a chat, but has worringly become one...
