I moved out 3 years ago but I am lucky because my parents did a lot to he;p me and still do.I mean, I have my own flat .It's mine.Great neighbourhood.
They do also help me out with some money even if i job from time to time but i am too busy with leraning at some points.
I don't regret any moment.
BUT, as Jim said, there are moments you don't have a single cent in your pocket and your fridge is as empty as it can be than it's bad.It happened a few times.Once i didn't have any money at all and i called my parents to send me some. And i have no idea what happened at the bank, however, i had the money only 3 days later on my card.SO the last money i had was about 7 euros only in 1 cent and 10 cent coins. That was money that i have been always throwing on some place becaus i had no idea what to do with it.And i felt damn stupid as i gave the lady there a bucket of coins to buy something to eat...haha.I can still see her face.
But things like this don't happen very often and however, you'd leave close to home ao you could call your mom and she'll be there.
I would try it at least. You won't believe how fast you'll get used to everything and how normal everything will appear in just a few weeks.
