Sick of AOL Broadband

hello,

My daughter got AOL and stuck it in my lovely pc, now a lot of links keep jamming, we have tried everything, even uninstalled it and rinstalled our older version of AOL and still the Jamming of pages continues , thisstupid broadband thing has messed the pc up . No idea how to fix it, we ahve tried everything and Im sick of talking to AOL tech chat.

AOL is the biggest pile of crap. I am no technical expert here, but you may have to reformat your computer to get it all out. AOL creeps into everything. My sis in law had AOL Version 4. One day she gets a message from them saying it won't work until she upgrades to version 9. Meanwhile, 9 will kill her dinosaur of a computer. They just suck.

iv been waiting for this a complete bash AOL thread, i am so going to email this to them

im running aol 8 now, i upgraded to 'aol 9/thialand beta' but then it just wouldnt boot up after some time so im back on 8 anyway, i mean to be truely honest nothing bad has happend to mine yet but i havnt tried uninstalling it lol

as for reformating the pc, well i may be doing that VERY soon cos of a systems error iv got but i have about 60GB of bootlegs i need to back-up first

Oh dear i was going to get AOL broardband when i move to Shefford,prehaps i had better get NTL is that any better?

yeah NTL is fine dude, that or BT is fine also, i mean everyone has problems at some point but AOL's technical support is just irish and scottish plebs you cant understand

Im with Pipex and its brilliant.
No stupid program needs to be installed or anything like that. You just plug in the modem and your away.
We have never had a problem with it and its only £24.99 a month

aol is only £20/month and that is as easy as plug in and go too
