Okay! I won't drive a car in france that's for sure.
How is the traffic at the country side, is it the same? I can understand if traffic is though in big cities such as Paris.

The traffic in less crowded areas is less nervous than in Paris yes, but still more than in a big city like Montreal.

It seems their brain is in slow mode when they drive, they react very slowly to traffic changes. When they trail a caravan behind them, they're unable to keep their speed steady so you pass them, they pass you, you pass them... annoying and dangerous.

all the drivers here tend to go a bit mental when it starts getting dark earlier and the weather gets worse.

seriously it's strange last year i was heading up the west end and it started snowing in the city centre and i just turned round and went home because people decided driving like maniacs in the middle of heavy snow is a good idea.

i was actually thinking you'd not been around much the other day.

i'm back at uni. finally made it into 2nd year of a course halfway through week 5 and i've not missed a lecture or tutorial yet which is more than can be said for this time last year. ive done a couple of presentations that have went great and im starting to crack into the essays. i'm not going out on nights before i'm in the next day either because i missed so much stuff at the end of last year when my passion for thursday nights returned. so it's fair to say i'm knuckling down at education for once in my life.

ive applied for some positions mentoring at uni with high school kids and 1st year students to help them get through the move from school to uni. the disclosure check they do might put it up in the air but it should be ok.

still cutting around on my bike. took it into uni today. 8 miles in the pissing rain with lots of puddles is not the best way to travel to uni so im not doing it again till spring.

ive started boxing for the uni. alot of people think its barbaroic which to an extent it is but it takes an incredible amount of physical and mental strength and determination to do it properly and it actually makes you approach things in other aspects of your life differently. and it keeps you incredibly fit even if it doesnt do much for your looks.

the boxings made me take up a much better diet n although im still on the drink it's vodka and fresh orange nowadays. a girl told me that was a poofs drink the othe rnight in a club. when i explained it's so i can kick ass at boxing she changed her tune wee bit of sociology for ye there.

apart from that i'm the same loveable rogue you know and love

Hmmmmm Tashjbj??? Sounds familiar..Yeh we used to have a poster on here called that :P

Everythings good with me apart from a slight setback last week. I got my third speeding ticket in as many months, which means I now have nine points on my licence. If I get anymore il be banned and I need my car for my job, so id have to be demoted. Im just being REALLY careful now and cutting down on driving in general.

Looking round for a house (as ever!!), got 3 tickets sorted for BJ next year, if iv moved out by then I doubt il go to many more tbh. I guess my priorities will have changed!!!
