we don't pay fees but it comes off of our loan/ grant amount so u do pay for them really it just doesnt seem like u are.
u can get grants as well as loans but im not exactly sure wot the circumstances are in getting them. im applying for next years loan just now andim definetely going to try and get a grant too.
