That's a tough situation, Kev. Excuse me for saying so, but reading what you wrote about your friend sounded to me like you may be harboring deeper feelings for her than simply friendship and trying to tell yourself that you don't want to get involved romantically, just remain friends. I see that you are gutted over your argument, but if you mean as much to her as she does to you then things will work out for you. She's probably still a bit upset over the way you talked to her, and will probably get over it. You explained to her what happened, and she is probably just trying to come to terms with it all. Give her another day or 2 and see what happens. I'm sure it will all be fine.

Hey all, rite, im rather drunk, so if i sound strange just ignore me. Iv just got home from work now (well at 10.00pm) and loads of us went for "A" drink after work, lots ended up staying all night....
Me and my friend leanne, hadnt spoken all day...this time we had plenty of chances to talk to one another but it just wasnt happening at all and i was getting really pissed off at myself for..basically just not saying anything...im sure she was feeling the same tbh. Anyway me, and another friend arranged drink after work which ended up being lots of people, in the end it was just us to (me and leanne) left and i just went up to her, sat in the chair next to her and told her that i was SO sorry for everything that had happened and that i was completely out of order and that i never wanted anything like this to happen ever again. I used bon geordies words "it has been like losing a limb" over the last few days, i was totally incomplete without her around me. Told her everything from the heart and told her my true feelings for her, how much i love her n stuff (in a friend type of way of course kathlene  ) I confessed that i was completely out of order and that i know what it is like to lose her now and never want that feeling to happen again.She agreed and she also said she was sorry for everything that has happened in the last few days and we hugged it out. I bought her another drink and gave her another hug. Basically everything is sorted. Im now talking to to my best friend again, after the worst 48 hours of my life. I have had one meal in that time and only slept about 6 hours. Im completely shattered, but so so happy again now. I am so thankful to you all. I really mean that. Without your influencess, i wouldnt be, where I am now. Thanks a million guys  Kev (UK)
