The only votes that really matter in terms of US are from the US citizens. Even if every other person out of the +6 billion, in the world cast a vote for Kerry, it would (and should) only matter how came from the US.

true but how many countries would support Kim in North Korea or Saddam before the war?

doesn't really mean alot cept people don't like them.

Why is Poland printed in red? We didn't support Bush, but Kerry as far as I remember! Or maybe I missed something? Damn.

The problem is that despite him being President of the USA he makes decisions that affect the whole world, so why shouldn't the rest of the world have a say?
