It's funny but the songs I think of now are the songs that have bad memories ... At the funeral of Melissa they played Iris (Goo goo dolls), Tears in Heaven (Eric Clapton) and a song from a Belgian band Clouseau (Afscheid van een vriend = goodbye from a friend) ... At Davy's funeral also the song from Clouseau and My heart will go on (Céline Dion) ... Everytime I hear those songs I can't help thinking about all those memories ...
Of course there are songs that supposed to be good too ... Like I have special memories with Always (danced on it with a boy I really was in love with) ... Other then that I can't think of any now ...
Im suggesting this topic now as Im going to the concert of Clouseau tomorrow and I heard they are playing Afscheid van een vriend ... Hearing it on the radio is hard but hearing in concert will be though ... Esp. since the song is in my own language and you get close with what is said ... Sounds stupid perhaps but I know Ill have to do my best for not crying !!
