Desperation and Bag of Bones were great books. But they were a while ago. Dreamcatcher wasn't too bad. I've been reading From a Buick 8 and I just can't really get into it. And then he had the collection that was OK...Everythings Eventual?? Same story from 4 points of view. Something like that. I just want a great book like Misery or Pet Cemetary again. It seems like he's been on a alien kick lately. Dreamcatcher, Everythings Eventual, and From A Buick 8...

I don't really like his short stories, there are only a few that I enjoyed, like The Body. I haven't got From a Buick 8.. another alien one?? The only alien one of his that I really enjoyed was the Tommyknockers.
What happened to the film of Desperation? It was made ages ago...

Everythings Eventual isn't really short stories. It's just the same story as seen from different characters points of view. But each one is told separately. I never knew they made a movie for Desperation. Maybe it was too horrible to even bother releasing?? They rarely make a movie good enough to compare with his books. I'd like a movie for Bag of Bones.

Well, his films have gotten better ever since he refused to sell the rights to his books!! The Stand was amazing. I think Bag of Bones would be a good film and Desperation would be awesome, that book freaked me out too!! How about the girl who loved Tom Gordon??
